How it works

Do this today: open the Chase app, find StubHub under your card's benefits, and hit activate. It takes a minute, and every month you wait is a month closer to quietly losing $150 at the end of the half.

Using it well

The credit covers any StubHub purchase: face-value resale, last-minute seats, playoff games, festival passes. A few patterns that squeeze the most from it:

Common questions

Do I need to buy tickets in one purchase?

No. The credit applies to purchases as they post until the $150 for that half is used up. Three $50 orders work the same as one $150 order.

Does viagogo count?

Yes. viagogo is StubHub's international marketplace, and purchases there qualify the same way. Useful for events in Europe and Asia.

What happens if I return the tickets?

Refunded purchases claw back the credit. Expect the statement credit to reverse alongside the refund.

Is this the same as the old Sapphire Reserve entertainment perks?

No. This credit arrived with the 2025 card refresh, alongside the fee increase to $795. If you have not looked at the card's benefit list since then, most of it changed. Start with our full perks list.
