The list starts with Chase Travel's own public Edit hotel listings. We cross-check it against community-maintained lists of Edit properties, then verify samples against the Chase Travel portal directly. The Edit changes through the year: hotels join, and a few drop off. Our nightly data check picks those changes up.
There are 1,451 hotels on the list as of the date above. When our count differs from a number you see elsewhere, the difference is usually timing.
The typical nightly figure is a median, not a quote. For each hotel we track roughly a year of forward nightly prices on Chase Travel, fees included, and take the middle value. Half the nights we observed cost less than that number and half cost more.
It exists for planning: comparing one hotel against another, or one city against another. Your dates will price differently. Always check the live rate before booking.
City seasonality comes from the same price calendars. For each city with at least 3 Edit hotels and enough calendar coverage, we compute the median nightly rate for every month of the year and mark the three lowest. The city guides chart all twelve months so you can see the shape, not just the answer.
These are patterns from observed Chase Travel pricing, not guarantees. A convention or a holiday can push any week against the trend.
Hotels marked "2x credit" belong to both The Edit and the separate 2026 select-brand promotion (IHG, Montage, Pendry, Omni, Virgin, Minor, and Pan Pacific brands, minus a few published exclusions). We derive that flag from the participating brand rules. Chase does not publish a single combined list, so treat the flag as "likely eligible" and verify at booking. The select-brand promotion is currently listed through December 31, 2026.
Chase Travel pricing on these hotels often runs 10 to 20 percent above the hotel's own site or Expedia for the same room. The Edit credits and perks only apply to Chase Travel bookings, so the honest math is: credit value minus the markup. The price match guarantee can close that gap when you file in time.
