*Median nightly Chase Travel rate (fees in) for two-night stays across the coming year, for planning only. Chase rates typically run 10 to 20 percent above the hotel's own site; the Edit credits and perks only apply to Chase Travel bookings, and the price match guarantee can close the gap. Hotel names open each hotel’s page, which includes an affiliate price comparison: if you book through it we may earn a commission, at no cost to you. We earn nothing on Chase Travel bookings and take no card-application commissions. “Hotel site” opens the hotel’s own website, or Google Maps when we don’t know it; the Edit credits require a prepaid booking in Chase Travel.
The list and map below cover all 15 Edit by Chase hotels in Dubai, each with its typical nightly rate on Chase Travel and a double-credit flag where it applies. Of those, 13 have a full year of Chase Travel pricing, and the monthly figures on this page are medians across them.
Timing changes the math more than hotel choice does: the citywide median nightly rate (fees included) runs from $494 in July and August to $823 in December, about 67 percent above the cheapest month. Sapphire Reserve credits are fixed dollars, so they go furthest when rates bottom out. A two-night stay at the cheapest month’s $494 median runs about $988, and the $250 Edit credit plus the $100 property credit are worth roughly 35 percent of it. At the double-credit hotel the stack grows to $600, about 61 percent of that same stay.
The value end of the list sits below even the cheapest month’s citywide median. Taj Dubai has the lowest typical rate of any Dubai Edit hotel with a year of pricing, $228 a night (5 stars), and SO/ Uptown Dubai follows at $250 (5 stars).

Summer heat explains the floor. Daytime temperatures above 40C with heavy humidity thin out demand, and hotels cut rates through the summer. Beno notes that summer brings some of the lowest hotel rates of the year, and Travelfika ranks July and August as Dubai’s cheapest months.
December is the most expensive month at a $823 median, about 67 percent above the cheapest month. January is next at $812 and November after it at $807.
Winter is expensive because the weather is mild and the event calendar is full, headlined by New Year’s Eve and the Dubai Shopping Festival. City Tour in Dubai calls November through March the most costly stretch.
One concrete play: Taj Dubai has the lowest typical rate in Dubai at $228 a night. Two nights at that rate come to about $456, and the $250 Edit credit brings the room to roughly $206, with the $100 property credit to spend at the hotel on top. Booking in July or August, when rates across the city bottom out, is likely to bring the bill lower still.
One of the 15 Dubai Edit hotels qualifies: the InterContinental Residences Dubai Business Bay by IHG. Booking it through Chase Travel stacks the $250 Edit credit with the separate $250 select-hotel credit, up to $500 off a single prepaid stay of two nights or more, with the $100 property credit on top. The select-hotel credit runs through December 31, 2026.
July and August tie as the cheapest months, with a median nightly Chase Travel rate of $494 across the 13 Dubai Edit hotels with a year of pricing, fees included. June comes next at $519 and September after it at $598. December, the peak month, runs a $823 median, so moving a two-night booking from the peak to the cheapest month saves about $658 at the citywide median.
Per stay. Each Edit booking includes one $100 property credit, however long the stay, and it usually goes to food and drink at the hotel. On a two-night stay at the cheapest month’s Dubai median of $494 a night, that $100 plus the $250 Edit credit return $350, about 35 percent of the roughly $988 room cost.
Taj Dubai has the lowest typical rate of the 13 Dubai Edit hotels with a year of pricing: a $228 median nightly Chase Travel rate (5 stars). SO/ Uptown Dubai is next at $250 (5 stars). At Taj Dubai’s typical rate, two nights cost about $456 before credits.

Yes, if your dates are flexible. Median nightly rates run $494 in July and August against $823 in December, a $329 per-night gap, so a two-night stay at the median costs about $988 in the cheapest month and about $1,646 at the peak. The $350 in combined credits is worth about 35 percent of the cheaper stay and about 21 percent of the dearer one.
