*Median nightly Chase Travel rate (fees in) for two-night stays across the coming year, for planning only. Chase rates typically run 10 to 20 percent above the hotel's own site; the Edit credits and perks only apply to Chase Travel bookings, and the price match guarantee can close the gap. Hotel names open each hotel’s page, which includes an affiliate price comparison: if you book through it we may earn a commission, at no cost to you. We earn nothing on Chase Travel bookings and take no card-application commissions. “Hotel site” opens the hotel’s own website, or Google Maps when we don’t know it; the Edit credits require a prepaid booking in Chase Travel.
The list and map below cover all 29 Edit by Chase hotels in Paris, each with its typical nightly rate on Chase Travel and a double-credit flag where it applies. Of those, 27 have a full year of Chase Travel pricing, and the monthly figures on this page are medians across them.
Timing changes the math more than hotel choice does: the citywide median nightly rate (fees included) runs from $865 in February to $1,520 in May, about 76 percent above the cheapest month. Sapphire Reserve credits are fixed dollars, so they go furthest when rates bottom out. A two-night stay at the cheapest month’s $865 median runs about $1,730, and the $250 Edit credit plus the $100 property credit are worth roughly 20 percent of it. At the two double-credit hotels the stack grows to $600, about 35 percent of that same stay.
The value end of the list sits below even the cheapest month’s citywide median. Sofitel Paris Baltimore Tour Eiffel Hotel has the lowest typical rate of any Paris Edit hotel with a year of pricing, $495 a night (5 stars), and Castille Paris – Starhotels Collezione follows at $570 (5 stars).

February is the cheapest month to book an Edit hotel in Paris, with a median nightly Chase Travel rate of $865 across the 27 hotels with a year of pricing. The figure includes fees and comes from nightly price calendars refreshed every day. March and August come next, both at $899.
The August dip looks wrong until you consider who sets Paris hotel prices. Leisure crowds still fill the city, but business travel pauses and many Parisians leave for the month, so rates fall to near winter levels, a pattern Paris Exploration documents in its cheapest-time breakdown.
May is the most expensive month at a $1,520 median, about 76 percent above the cheapest month. June is next at $1,344 and September after it at $1,304.
The fall surge tracks the fashion week and trade show calendar plus prime sightseeing weather: Paris Discovery Guide, drawing on Paris Tourist Office data, identifies September and October among the city’s peak visitor months.
One concrete play: Sofitel Paris Baltimore Tour Eiffel Hotel has the lowest typical rate in Paris at $495 a night. Two nights at that rate come to about $990, and the $250 Edit credit brings the room to roughly $740, with the $100 property credit to spend at the hotel on top. Booking in February, when rates across the city bottom out, is likely to bring the bill lower still.
Two of the 29 Paris Edit hotels qualify: the Kimpton St Honore Paris by IHG and the InterContinental Paris le Grand. Booking one through Chase Travel stacks the $250 Edit credit with the separate $250 select-hotel credit, up to $500 off a single prepaid stay of two nights or more, with the $100 property credit on top. The select-hotel credit runs through December 31, 2026.

Per stay. Each Edit booking includes one $100 property credit, however long the stay, and it usually goes to food and drink at the hotel. On a two-night stay at the cheapest month’s Paris median of $865 a night, that $100 plus the $250 Edit credit return $350, about 20 percent of the roughly $1,730 room cost.

Yes, if your dates are flexible. Median nightly rates run $865 in February against $1,520 in May, a $655 per-night gap, so a two-night stay at the median costs about $1,730 in the cheapest month and about $3,040 at the peak. August is one of the cheapest months for Paris Edit hotels, at a $899 median nightly Chase Travel rate. Business travel pauses and many residents leave the city for the month, which pulls hotel pricing to near winter levels even while leisure crowds remain, a pattern noted by Paris Exploration. It is the one warm-weather window near the annual rate floor.
