CSR Dining Credit Restaurants: 91 Added, 64 Removed

What changed

This is the largest single reshuffle of the Exclusive Tables list we have tracked: a net gain of 27 restaurants, with heavy expansion in Los Angeles, San Francisco, Washington DC, Boston, Chicago and Denver, and a striking wipeout in Las Vegas and San Diego. Las Vegas lost all six of its tracked entries, including the Caesars Palace celebrity flagships. San Diego lost eight and gained two.

The additions tilt hard toward critically acclaimed independents: Providence, Kato and Osteria Mozza in Los Angeles, Commis in Oakland, Lula Cafe and Kasama in Chicago, Rolf and Daughters in Nashville, Dakar NOLA in New Orleans, and Jont in DC. That tracks with The Infatuation’s curation style, and it makes the credit meaningfully easier to want to use.

We built this list by comparing our own copy of the roster on July 5 with the list on July 7, 2026. It has since changed again: the August 28 dining credit update added 36 and removed 35 more, and brought back three restaurants that left here.

City by city

34 cities saw a change. The ones with the most movement come first; green is restaurants added, red is restaurants removed.

91 restaurants added

Every restaurant that joined the Exclusive Tables collection in this update, by city. Meals paid with the Sapphire Reserve at these now count toward the dining credit.

64 restaurants removed

Removed means the restaurant has left the Exclusive Tables collection, and new meals there no longer trigger the credit. Chase told Thrifty Traveler that a reservation made before a removal still earns the credit for up to 60 days afterwards.

Check a restaurant before you book

The roster moves more often than most people expect, and a restaurant that counted on your last visit may not count on the next. Before a dinner you are planning around the credit:

1. Look it up in the collection. OpenTable keeps the official list at opentable.com/sapphire-reserve-exclusive-tables; a restaurant simply being on OpenTable is not enough.
2. Check the date of the last change. If a roster update landed since you last looked, the restaurant may have moved on or off.
3. Pay with the Sapphire Reserve, directly with the restaurant rather than through a delivery app or payment service. The credit follows the card charge, not the reservation.

Planning around the new list

If a city just gained restaurants, pairing a dinner there with a stay at one of the Chase Edit hotels and tickets bought with the Sapphire Reserve StubHub credit puts three of the card’s credits on one trip. The dining credit guide shows where Exclusive Tables restaurants and Edit hotels overlap most, and every Edit hotel’s page lists the Exclusive Tables restaurants within 3 km of it.
